Since July 2008 Paddles and Boards has been instructing and providing paddle board rentals and tours in the city of Ft. Lauderdale Florida. Starting November 2011 we will be providing paddle board fitness and yoga classes on a weekly basis.While incorporating basic fitness moves and core strengthening exercises, you’ll experience a complete body and mind workout.Join us and experience working out on the water.
